Carola
I'm a Crisis Counselor with Trauma Informed Education. I have first hand experience healing from a traumatic experience as I had after- effects of : flashbacks, nightmares and triggers of PTSD. I have also helped by giving support on the Crisis Lines. My background is a Major in Psychology my focus thesis on PTSD from Carleton University. My specialty is non-medicinal coping skills. I am passionate about supporting Survivors in their healing journey, and developing a personalized action plan for a great future!
